In 1998, Corey Ott was accepted into the Sheet Metal Workers Union in Northern California. A few years later, he decided to further his education by focusing more on installing heating and air conditioning systems. A short time later, he focused on the technical side of an HVAC system.

After working for multiple companies in San Diego County, Corey focused on residential marketing, product expertise, and design aspects of a heating and cooling company. He has also learned the inner workings of the new construction custom home market and how to run logistics to maintain quality and customer satisfaction. Corey became EPA Certified and furthered his education with Contractors State License Services, where he completed the C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning course and became a Licensed Contractor in the State of California.
